The survey was commissioned to observe and note the existing condition of the streets and allied items within the private estate, in order to assist the Client with their on-going maintenance obligations and to develop a strategy for future works and maintenance responsibilities.
The supply of a qualified Engineer, experienced in highway maintenance techniques, problem resolution and materials.
The streets within the survey area were all walked and any notable visual maintenance defects or comments were recorded and supported by photographic evidence. The existing structure of the carriageway was established by the analysis of trial holes and a coring programme. A final report made recommendations for possible treatments and likely life expectancy.
